Yes, we typically require a short-term service agreement (usually 3-months). This ensures we have enough time to optimize your listing and deliver the results you expect.
How does monthly billing work?
We operate on a monthly subscription-style billing model. Your co-hosting fee is automatically charged each month, and you receive a clear breakdown of earnings, expenses, and payouts.
Do you take a percentage of the revenue or charge a flat fee?
We offer both options depending on the service tier you choose. Many clients prefer a percentage-based model because it aligns our incentives—we only earn more when you do.
Do you offer add-on services?
Yes! Extra services like deep cleaning, interior design upgrades, photography, and restocking bundles can be added upon request for an additional fee.
Do you manage guest issues or emergencies?
Absolutely. With 24/7 guest communication included in every tier, we handle all guest questions, complaints, and urgent situations that may arise.
Do you supply linens, toiletries, or restockiNG?
We manage supply restocking under our Platinum package. Owners may choose to provide supplies themselves or opt into our restocking service.
What if I already have cleaners or maintenance staff?Can I still use my property for personal stays?

Will you help me improve my listing if I’m already hosting?
Definitely. Listing optimization is included in all tiers—we update your photos, title, description, pricing strategy, and backend settings for maximum visibility and bookings.
Do you only work with airbnb hosts?
No—we also manage listings on Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms upon request.
How quickly can we get started?
Most properties can be onboarded within 3–7 days depending on the condition of the listing and the materials you provide.
Can I cancel anytime?
After the initial minimum commitment is complete, you can cancel with a short notice period—usually 30 days.
